These androgens are known to trigger acne. In addition to that we can assume that the animals produce large amount of stress hormones during slaughtering. This extra amount of stress hormones may also contribute to the development of acne. But as always for some people red meat may not trigger acne at all. But in some it will trigger acne. So you should find out which type person you are. But it is always good to avoid red meat.
